Rachael Xiong

 

 

 

    Rachael Xiong is a Graduate Research Assistant for the  Quality Higher Education grant funded by the Department of Education.  Rachael assists with  research for the projects and web site development.  She is currently pursuing  her master degree  in Rehabilitation Counseling program at Kent State University, with interests in researching rehabilitation counseling  issue.
