SENIOR CASE MANAGER

  Seeking a case manager to work in the Children and Young Adults Services Division of the Cleveland Sight Center.

  This   position will work with clients from junior year of high school to 23 years of age. Prefer knowledge of children with disabilities and visual impairments. Effective public speaking skills. Ability to assess and plan. Basic computer literacy. Must be able to work flexible hours. Ability to travel to the communities of Cuyahoga and the contiguous counties to conduct  home, agency, and school visits. Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum. Preferred Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education or related field. Excellent benefits.
